Overview of the role
We are in need of a Customer Helpdesk Engineer to support all aspects of our managed Print Service offering on a permanent basis. You will be supporting our customers, ensuring smooth running of the help desk by answering phones, resolving technical issues to raising Job Tickets.

Candidate Profile

The Role
What you will be doing as our Helpdesk Engineer:
- Answering the phone and speaking to customers regarding their Managed Print Contract
- Carrying out first-line triage of printer-related faults
- Raising engineer visits where needed if the enquiry requires escalation
- Acting as first point of contact for any general enquiries and fielding calls where necessary
- Receiving and responding to emails from customers and internal team members regarding our Managed Print offering
- Logging all queries on the Help Desk CRM system
- Keeping the Help Desk/CRM up to date daily
- Completing any additional adhoc tasks as required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
