Position: Helpdesk Administrator (Part Time, Hybrid)
Annual Salary: £9,566.67 Per Annum
Location: Glasgow G5 0US
Hours: 17.5 hours per week
Shifts: Monday and Tuesday 5PM-10pm, Saturday either 7am-3pm or 2pm-10pm
Our client, a global market leading facilities management company, are actively looking for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to work on a part time basis. Working within their busy and vibrant Glasgow Head Office while also working from home in this Hybrid position.
Job Purpose:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, logging jobs in a fast-paced environment.
- Co-ordinating contractors and City Technicians to ensure they attend to our City standards.
- Working in partnership with customers to achieve results.
- Completing a variety of administrative tasks such as quotes, uplifts, and emails.
- End to end job management.
- Working as part of a team to drive customer excellence.
Skills Required for this role:
- Helpdesk experience in facilities management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and effectively manage own workload.
- Administrative experience, including knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
- Previous contact centre/call centre/ helpdesk experience is a must.
