Helpdesk Administrator
Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - Home working
Bouygues Energies and Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our Greater London Mobile Maintenance Engineering team. The mobile team in London supports reactive and PPM maintenance activities across all the sites we currently operate ranging from schools and hospitals to major Government buildings across Greater London and the South East. Please note this role is full-time home based.
Key Activities:
- Reports to the Operations Manager
- To provide a professional and flexible helpdesk and administration service to the Mobile Division Department, always maintaining confidentiality.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations for the helpdesk, logging work orders on the internal CAFM System, feeding through to all engineers
- Scheduling of all reactive work orders and assigning to all Mobile Solutions Engineers
- To report back to the end user/customer on the progress of jobs they have requested
- To ensure delivery of consistently high standards of customer service, presenting a professional and polite image to all customers
- Working 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, full-time home working with requirement to attend meetings on site
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous reception or customer service experience within a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a commitment to high standards
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work as part of a team
- Good knowledge of MS Office and be a competent IT user
- An organised approach to work and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work on your own initiative and remain calm under pressure
