About The Job
The role is a combination of general administration & assisting in the planning/customer service as well as offering planning assistance to the engineers.
Admin side of the role:
- Delivering a positive customer service experience that meets business requirements
- Raising of purchase orders
- Data entry
- Ringing residents to rearrange appointments.
- To record, investigate and close out all issues, concerns and/or complaints ensuring compliance to Engie procedures.
Planning side of the role:
- Monitor the live board to ensure the operative / engineer is fully utilized throughout the day
- Arranging follow on appointments for any jobs not completed on first visit.
- Allocate Emergencies throughout the day
- Closing jobs in the system complete or cancelled as the day unfolds.
8am- 4pm Monday - Thursday
8am - 3.30pm Friday
half hour lunch break
£11.69 to £13 p/h depending on experience
About You
We are looking for someone to have experience in note/minute taking, experience in repairs and maintenance as well as call centre and customer service skills.
Good IT skills - particularly with Microsoft Office package
Strong communicator
Speak & understand high level of English
Ideally have experience with planning/helpdesk, customer service or general administration
DBS preferably, but not essential. If you don’t have a current one (within 12 months), as long as we can submit the paperwork for a new one prior to starting with the client that is acceptable
