The UEL Estates and Facilities Maintenance Department Team are responsible for maintaining our campus buildings and facilities to high standard for all students, staff, and visitors. We strive to provide comfortable and well-functioning environments across all campuses.
About the Job
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Assistant. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to specified senior staff members, ensuring smooth coordination of their commitments, diaries, and meetings. Your responsibilities will include managing communication flow, conducting research, preparing reports and documents, and establishing and nurturing relationships with key partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating project-based work and assisting with general administration tasks as needed.
About You
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working in an administrative role, providing support to a wide range of stakeholders. You will be experienced in customer service, face to face, and on the telephone, in addition to managing contracts and external service providers. Digital literacy and proficiency using Microsoft Office are essential for this role, as are good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
