Come join our innovative and progressive team at In-Tek Inc.! We are excited to announce the current opportunity for Cleaning / Maintenance to join our team as we continue our expansion to a second shift.
In-Tek Inc. is located in Tilbury, Ontario, and provides robotic painting and finishing services, including plastic and metal painting for automotive and appliance products. Our facility and warehouse is over 100,000 sq. ft. and ISO Certified.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Cleaning Supervisor, Cleaning Crew Team members are primarily responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the paint booths, paint line, and other additional areas as assigned by the Cleaning Supervisor within the plant as required. The successful candidate will be physically fit-to-work, possess a strong work ethic, ability to follow instructions / directions, and have ideally have knowledge of the paint line. They will be provided with all required personal protective equipment (PPE) required to perform the tasks and duties associated with cleaning.
Job Requirements and/or Experience
· Previous experience cleaning in an industrial / production setting preferred
· Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
· Knowledge of appropriate materials and methods required
· Ability to effectively communicate
· Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
· Use of required personal protective equipment
· Ability to lift and perform repetitive tasks
Requirements
- Ability to work steady midnights (Sunday to Thursday) 11PM to 5:30 AM
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to complete background check and fit-to-work medical assessment as conditions of employment
- Must be exceptionally well organized
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must be will to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Must be able to take direction as required to meet key targets and deadlines
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an industrial cleaning setting
- Experience with maintenance an asset
- Certification as forklift or fork truck driver an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation:
$22.50 per hour + $2.00/hr midnight shift premium – 32.5 working hours. Employee is paid for 40 hours.
