IT HELPDESK TECHNICIAN / £22-25K / POOLE
I am looking for an outgoing IT Helpdesk Technician to join my client based locally to Poole. Reporting to the IT Manager in a team of 6, you will be confident providing IT Support to over 1,000 users.
Duties:
Providing day-to-day software and hardware support
Confident managing a ticket system within SLAs
Supporting, testing and maintaining IT peripherals
Supporting Windows and Mac OS
Escalating tickets when necessary
Setting up and decommissioning hardware
Experience:
1 years' experience on an IT Support desk
BTEC or qualification in IT
Confidence to work independently
Windows OS
Mac OS
Active Directory
Office 365
Cloud technologies
