WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE A TRANSPORT ASSISTANT AT RIDGWAY RENTALS
Ridgway Rentals is a family owned, and run, Plant Hire Company and this position is based at our head office in St Martins, Shropshire
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- General administrative duties within the transport department
- Assisting with transport planning and routing
- Submitting abnormal load movement orders
- Monitoring of drivers hours
- Maintain vehicle maintenance records
- Monitor timesheets and expenses
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Computer literate
- Good telephone manner
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Be reliable, self-motivated and willing to work hard
- Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be provided
Full training will be provided for the role of transport assistant –
- Permanent position
- Full Time – hours of work to be agreed
