• The Help Desk Operative will form part of a team responsible for the recording, allocation, and progress of reactive engineering requests on the contract.
• First point of contact for incoming telephone calls.
• Logging requests onto the system.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, across all functions.
• Ensure that the Service Level Agreement for each service request and set expectations with the customer.
• Dispatch work to in-house engineers & sub-contractors in a timely fashion.
• Prioritizing urgent jobs.
• Escalate any complaints or issues as required.
• Analysis of job history/running reports.
• Manage the completion process and ensure all closures are sent to the client.
• To demonstrate a rapid response to customer issues and show a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, across all functions.
• Undertake other duties commensurate with the job role as directed.
• Working hours 7pm - 7am.
• Shifts are 4 on 4 off.
• £13 p/h.

• Have experience in a similar role on a help desk working with engineers/dispatching jobs etc - essential.
• Strong & confident communicator.
• High level of English & Maths.
• Speak & understand fluent English.
• Experience with working in a CAFM system is essential.
• Knowledge of the Maximo system is desirable, however, training will be provided.
• Highly organized.
• Experience in organization of your & other peoples' day.
