1.0 Service Description
1.1. Objectives
The following is a high-level description of the Services Vendor will provide:
- Integrating FRS to Accor Global Network and Technology Stack standard: (50 Sites)
o • FAST (Accor desktop master image) - roll out to all hotel workstations.
o • Migrating on prem servers to the Accor network with Accor light Master.
o • Project coordination & supervision of third-party application deployment on rebuilt servers.
o • Local file server migration to SharePoint Online Files (SPOF)
o • Local print server migration to Cloud Printing (Printix)
o • Network devices reconfiguration as per Accor standards. (Subnets/VLANs/Zones etc.)
o • Hotel connectivity to the Accor Global Network
o • Security project supervision & coordination with MSSP
o • Disjoining servers & workstations from Fairmont Active Directory and Migrating them to Accor Domain
1.2 Scope and Approach
Vendor will perform the following Services:
- Vendor will provide 2 Sr Service Technicians and 1 Network Technician at each location for an average of 2 weeks for each technician
- Reimage all workstations and migrate the servers following documentation provided by Outsource and working, if needed, with Client provided support
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week
Pay: $27.00-$28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vancouver, BC V6C 2W6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
