- Logs all calls into Remedyforce ticketing system for future reference.
- Assists in the development of our Knowledgebase.
- 1-2-year associate degree in computer science, MIS, or related field preferred.
- Excellent customer service & organization skills.
- Must possess top-notch interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- A high level of work performance and professionalism in dress and attitude.
- Strong organizational and customer relations skills.
- Windows Server, MS Office, Mobile Devices experience.
- Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States,
