We are currently recruiting for a Desktop Support Administrator to join our team in London (hybrid working, 3 days per week in the office).

The primary purpose of the role is to support the company’s UK and European user base. The role is based at the company’s London site with a requirement to travel to Woking on occasion to ensure that the UK users have effective support.

Your key responsibilities as a Desktop Support Administrator will include to:


  • Provide 1st/2nd line support as apart of the End User Support team – Windows 10, 11, Office 365 applications, Security (Encryption and Defender) and Patching (Applications and OS), Ivanti Neurons.
  • Provide Office 365 administration on SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Intune, Autopilot.
  • Supporting hardware within meeting rooms – Logitech Rally Bar.
  • Provide regular incident progress updates and notifications of impending changes or expected outages.
  • Ensure tickets are managed, with updates at any stage of working through the support ticket.
  • Build and configure laptops to required standards.
  • Document maintenance for all computer systems and applications implemented.
  • Performing software and operating system upgrades, ensuring system licensing is applied correctly.
  • Asset and stock management (laptops and other hardware)
  • Hardware refreshes as required and packaging software for deployment
  • Writing code to aid automation
  • Occasional international travel may be required.

To join us as a Desktop Support Administrator you will need the following experience and skills:

  • You must have good working experience in a Desktop Support role
  • You must have Intune and Powershell scripting knowledge
  • You must have excellent communication skills
  • You must have experience providing technical support with Windows 10, Windows 11, Office 365 and have an understanding of hardware and computer components
