Primary role:

• Providing 1st line of support for mobile devices
• Registering new mobile devices
• Monitoring and reporting voice and data usage, adjusting plans as necessary
• Maintaining and updating inventory and database of floater phones, internet sticks and other IT related items
• Scheduling/supporting all conference bridges
• Reviewing and negotiating pricing with vendors
• Review long distance usage and negotiate better rates
• Other related duties as required

Able to assist with:

• Assembling/Configuring/Customizing Desktop PC’s
• Installing/Configuring/Customizing Windows client OS and various software packages as required
• Troubleshooting board level desktop/laptop problems
• Ensuring all clients are updated to latest level of service packs and anti-virus protection

• Perform weekend maintenance work on occasion
• Compliance with all Evertz Policies and Procedures

• Other related duties as required
