Job Title: Property Helpdesk Coordinator:
Location: Milton Keynes
We’re looking for a highly motivated Helpdesk Co-ordinator to complement our fantastic team in our Group Reactive Maintenance Department at Milton Keynes.
As our Helpdesk Co-ordinator you will provide reactive maintenance support to our network of branches, collaborating with Connells & Countrywide Estate Management Team, Project Team Health & Safety, internal and external colleagues and our portfolio of contractors.
Key responsibilities of a Helpdesk Co-ordinator:
The main purpose of your role is to provide support to our branches. You will co-ordinate and liaise with contractors, Estate Management , Project Team and H&S to ensure repair/maintenance works are carried out in a timely fashion and to agreed standards.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Helpdesk Co-ordinator:
- Outstanding Customer Service skills
- Solid administration skills
- Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented
- Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Establish whether liability for work is down to us or a landlord, by working with Estate Management
- Conduct work in line with company standards and requirements
- Liaise with contractors/outsourced resources to ensure repair/maintenance works are carried out in a satisfactory standard and timescale
- Undertake adhoc duties, with particular focus on co-ordinating property maintenance
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
