We are looking for a Barista to join our team and help with customer service, cleaning and maintaining company property. The candidate should have a friendly and outgoing personality that will be evident in his or her customer service and interactions with staff, as well as the ability to work well under pressure to consistently meet customer needs. All candidates should be able to effectively communicate information to customers and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food & bubble tea drinks according to a bubble tea shop's standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the shop and its supplies.
  • Handle all bubble tea making equipment safely, following proper safety procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge and skill of bubble tea making to ensure quality drinks.
  • Work with a team of baristas and other staff members in the shop.
  • Respond to customer complaints.
  • Follow health code requirements by properly cleaning and sanitizing work areas.
  • Deal with difficult customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract, Graduate
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: Up to £10.50 per hour
