Senior Associate, HR Business Partner
- Location: Frimley, Surrey

About the role
Reporting into the Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, the purpose of the role is to provide HR business partnering support to the Global Consumer Brands organisation and Headquarter functions in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact and expert on SCJ HR policies and processes: providing advice, guidance and support to employees and line managers across the organisation on a variety of HR issues, ensuring adherence to company policy and employment legislation.
- Talent Management: Full life cycle talent management of employees as well as effective collaboration with Talent Acquisition and line managers.
- Employee Relations: Provide coaching and advice on all employee relation matters ensuring legal compliance, employee advocacy and business partnership.
- Play a key part in driving employee engagement and delivering the SCJ experience to employees through our inspired experiences calendar and wellbeing agenda.
- Performance Management & Development: Assist with building capability and a high-performance culture by pro-actively implementing global and regional initiatives as well as delivering our performance management process.
- HR Operations: support the HR Delivery team to ensure effective HR operations throughout the employee life cycle
- Lead and deliver the local onboarding process to ensure an impactful onboarding experience for our employees
- Leading and delivering HR projects as required i.e., change management initiatives, our diversity and inclusion roadmap, as well as supporting the business on key projects.
Experience you'll bring
- HR Generalist/HR BP experience in a large corporate environment, ideally in FMCG
- Experience of managing recruitment processes and working with line managers to build a talent pipeline
- Ideally studying/have studied CIPD
- Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills with strong stakeholder management experience at all levels and across functions in an ambiguous environment.
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law
- Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize and the ability to support a business to deliver business results with high degree of initiative and speed
