An exciting vacancy has arisen within our Training team for a Heat Pump Trainer to join the team. Reporting directly to the UK Training Manager, the main purpose of this role is to be responsible for maintaining our high standards of technical product and system training to both our internal and external customers.
As a Heat Pump Trainer, you will:
- Be responsible for the delivery of technical product and system training to internal and external customers. (This may involve some evening & weekend work)
- Be responsible for compliance with site Health and Safety procedures.
- Liaise with external training facilities (Colleges and independent training centres) regarding product installation and maintenance.
- Ensure that all product at these facilities is current and in good working order.
- There will be a requirement for extensive travel throughout the UK.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
- An in-depth knowledge of domestic and commercial heating systems, controls, related plumbing systems, materials and processes.
- An in-depth knowledge of domestic and commercial gas boilers, heat pumps and related low/zero carbon technologies.
- Relevant gas, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing qualifications
- Ideally hold F-Gas qualification
- An in-depth technical knowledge of Baxi domestic product range and an understanding of competitor products.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Full clean driving licence
