Healthy Lifestyle Officer (Pregnancy & Early Years)
Full time - 37 hours per week
Fixed Term Contract to 31 March 2025
£25,768 - £27,348 per annum
As part of our pioneering health and wellbeing team, this role will contribute to the development, design and delivery of the new Family Hub Social Prescription service in Luton.
Targeting families most in need with support during pregnancy and in the crucial early years of a child' life, you'll be passionate about the impact you can make on both physical and emotional health and will contribute to Active Luton's delivery plan for this service.
You'll work proactively with the Community, Voluntary and Statutory sectors to connect parents to appropriate services and activities, supporting them to take control of their family's health and wellbeing.
