The last 24 months has been tough for everyone across the NHS. Putting the people who work for Croydon Health Services into the front and centre of all of our current and future activities that will support us on "our road to recovery" is critical, especially as we transform the way we work in response to lessons learnt through the pandemic. These aspirations have seen us develop an ambitious but exciting people plan that we continue to deliver against for the Trust. Focusing on key initiatives to improve engagement, culture, wellbeing and effectiveness of our people whilst supplying the tools and environment for them to provide the best possible care to our patients is critical. This plan is our priority to continue to focus on throughout REPLACEMENT_STRING2024 as we embrace these new ways of working and digital advancements to benefit our patients.
