The Respiratory Intervention service at the John Radcliffe Hospital currently has a vacancy for a full-time band 2 nursing assistant. The service provides bronchoscopy and pleural procedures to a variety of patients. We are looking for a highly motivated person who would like to join our enthusiastic team. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be required to rotate through the recovery area and into our procedure room to maintain a full range of support skills. The role requires an enthusiastic, hardworking, and flexible person, with excellent communication skills. This would enable you to be involved with and undertake a variety of tasks to assist with the smooth delivery of care to ensure the best outcome for our patients. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate compassion and commitment to deliver high standards of care. The hours of work are - Monday 08:00 – 18:00 Tuesday 08:00 – 18:00 Wednesday 08:00 – 12:30 Thursday 08:00 – 18:00 Friday 08:00 – 12:30 This post is ideal for those seeking a more flexible role with no weekends, night shifts or bank holidays.
