ACCESS TO OWN TRANSPORT IS ALSO ESSENTIAL AS PART OF THIS ROLE.
The role will be covering both Exeter and Exmouth and therefore access to transport is essential as you will be travelling between these areas in order to meet with customers to carry out service plans.
If you have a background in healthcare, naturally compassionate, caring and patient, then this role could be the role for you. It could be that you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant or Team Leader and wish to set up to the next level. This position is offering 40 hours a week with every other weekend off.
This position is a split between providing care for some of our customers and also carrying out the following duties:
- Writing person centred care plans
- Carrying out new client assessments
- Leading on client reviews
- Medication reviews and audits
- Delivering care calls when required
- To participate in an on-call roster providing and co-coordinating cover for unplanned absence to maintain the service
- Complete customer quality monitoring telephone calls and spot checks to monitor the performance of care workers.
- Report concerns or issues immediately to your RM
- Positively promote the business whilst out in the community
- Work from the office x1 day per week agreed with your RM
- Attend weekly huddle meetings

Essential for the role
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Willing to complete 20 hours a week on care
- Full and valid UK driving licence
- Level 2 or above in Health & Social Care
- Access to a car
