Job description
We have exciting opportunities working for our client based on the outskirts of London.
The role is looking after the elderly in their own homes working as a Healthcare Assistant / Community Carer.
Ideally you will have experience working in a healthcare or similar setting but this is not essential, as full training is provided.
The role offers Sponsorship / Visa support and gives candidates a chance to settle in the UK long term
Benefits:
£23,400 per annum starting salary ( if 48 hours a week £28k a year starting salary)
40-hour week guaranteed
Overtime paid on top £11.50ph-£12.50ph
10 driving licenses paid by the employer to give confidence on the other side of the road
Accommodation provided by employer (charge for this)

4 Yr Tier 2 Visa offered , with view of extending if all parties are happy
Full training and career development.
Ideal Candidate :
Ideally Healthcare experience, perhaps hospital / care home / community based, but not essential
Must have driving license and be happy to drive in the UK (Lessons given)
Good English skills
Happy to work shifts / on a rota basis
Friendly, kind and caring nature, this is essential
Reliable, self-motivated and punctual
Looking for long term role and settle in UK
Duties of the role include:
Visiting the elderly in their own homes, driving to and from each visit
Personal hygiene and washing of the elderly, assisting with showers and toileting tasks
Assisting in and out of bed, preparing drinks and meals
Administering medicine (when trained to do so)
Taking to the shops and doctors’ appointments
Being friendly and supportive
Making the clients feel as comfortable and as independently as possible
