Job Description
The Learning Content Designer will support the creative delivery of training material and literature supporting the Healthcare Transformation agenda.
You will be providing a consultative approach to creative solutions and production across print, screen, digital and animation.
The Learning Content Designer will consistently produce work to a high standard to bespoke and branded themes that are visually aligned to the Learning and Development sector of ISS Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the design of training programs based on the needs identified within the business
- Developing materials including, but not limited to, manuals, workbooks presentations and newsletters
- Recommending new technologies for use in training programs based on industry trends and clients’ needs
- Designing collateral using various methods including graphic design, print, screen and video
- Amend / revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment and place maker needs
- The ability to communicate with key stakeholders across all levels of the business and collaborate with stakeholders during projects acting as a key contributor
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications
- Experience of working as a creative (in-house or studio designer) for 1+ years is preferable
- Confident in the delivery of bespoke solutions and concepts across multiple mediums in a deadline driven environment (graphic design, print, screen and video)
- Demonstrable experience of achieving excellence and creating industry accredited material
- Ability to develop training packages suitable for all roles within the sector, demonstrating an empathetic approach to the learning requirements of all place makers
- An understanding of the Healthcare sector is preferable
