Long term Conditions Advisor
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £21,255 per annum
Hours: Contracted to 37.5hrs hours per week - Shift Based over 7 day period - Weekend working 1 in 5 with days off during the week. 8am to 8pm
Location: Crewe ( Hybrid working available after initial training period)

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a professional and knowledgeable service to all stakeholders. You will be expected to apply a high level of accuracy when processing orders and completing tasks, ensuring adherence to call requirements, order processing and other contractual key performance indicators.
In this role, you will have the ability to multitask between differing requirements for all contracts and stakeholders. Through self-learning and formal training, you will develop the relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills for the role, contributing to team performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas.
We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated and proactive, with excellent timekeeping, time management and organisational skills. Good written and excellent verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to adapt to change as required by differing contractual requirements.
The ideal candidate will be computer literate and confident in Medics and all Microsoft office packages, e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel and SQL. Personal attributes including being highly motivated, persistent and resilient; having a positive, "can-do" attitude, being flexible and assertive, with a high degree of determination to succeed.
