Job description
We at Alpha24 currently require Support Workers to work in Care home for children, along with private care homes and jhospitals as well as various NHS Trust which specialise in Mental Health Hospital/Units/Supported Living. Our client requires candidates with experience in:
- Complex needs
- Personality Disorder
- Acute Wards
- Autism
- Learning disabilities
- Eating disorders
The clients currently require candidates that are flexible either working ad-hoc shifts or block bookings. They have full time work available and we can offer advance bookings of up to 1 week or up to 3 months. Both night and day staff are required.
Candidates that deliver an exceptional service will be offered block bookings
Applicants will be required to have a minimum of 1 years’ previous experience working within a mental health setting.
(THIS WORK WILL BE BASED IN THE RG7 AREA)
Applicants must have the following to be considered for this role
- DBS/PVG
- PMVA (we can also organize this)
- Mandatory Training (we can also organize this)
- Right to Work
- Proof of NI
- Car driver essential
- ILS Training - we can also offer this training
