Our Client has openings for HCA/Support Worker for Full time – Days / Nights in New Malden KT3. Looking for applicants with prior experience in Healthcare Sector. The home is rated "Outstanding" in CQC ratings and is registered for a maximum of 30 Service Users.
The care home is an award-winning home with high-spec facilities, providing a bright, modern, spacious, yet comfortable and traditional setting with a true sense of home. The home provides all the comforts and space residents need to relax and enjoy their environment. Comprising 30 beautifully and individually decorated bedrooms, equipped with adjustable beds, 24-hour nurse call systems, digital TV, WiFi and private telephone. Residents also have the freedom to enjoy numerous comfortable communal indoor and outdoor spaces.

Job Details as HCA/Support Worker:
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: New Malden KT3
Salary: £12.00 per hour
Schedule: Days / Nights – 12-hour shift

Responsibilities as HCA/Support Worker:
As a valued member of our care family, you'll work within our care home environment delivering high-quality to the residents. Working as part of the care team, you'll recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents, conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, as well as, contributing to care planning and coaching support workers. With an emphasis on high quality, the purpose of the role is to maintain the personal care needs of residents, respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence.

Requirements as HCA/Support Worker:

  • Proven experience of working in a care setting,
  • A good team player,
  • NVQ level in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards,
