Location: Hybrid from our offices in Manchester.
Canvas Reply is an 100+ person, and fast-growing, digital experience agency, development house, and consultancy with offices in London (HQ), Chester, Manchester and Poland.
We are part of the 15,000 strong Reply group, working with leading enterprise clients designing, building, and delivering best-in-class websites and applications for an impressive roster of household-name clients.
We're looking for an established Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience (if you have that experience from a consultancy or agency, even better) and solid understanding of BA tools and methodologies.
This role requires you to be degree qualified with a minimum of a 2:1 classification in a Business or IT subject, have impeccable attention to detail and great communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Work with client stakeholders, external parties and partners to capture and analyse requirements.
- Manage and own client relationships, proactively highlighting risks, issues or dependencies.
- Customer centric approach, considering the end-user in the design, anticipating requirements, suggesting areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Effectively communicating updates to cross-functional team members and stakeholders, whilst staying on top of the latest process and IT advancements.
- Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff (doe).
- Supporting the Delivery Lead in developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
