About The Role

If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant with a strong understanding of how a Outpatient team operates then we could have just the role for you.

We are looking for a full time Healthcare Assistant to join our Outpatient team at our Practice Plus Group Hospital, Ilford

Scope of the Role

You will be a vital member of the outpatient team. You provide providing clinical and non-clinical support within the Unit, ensuring that all patients are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner, which endorses the patient centred approach of the team.

You will also provide professional administration and reception tasks, while supporting the clinical team within the unit under the direction of a professionally qualified worker



About You

The role involves direct contact with patients and their families and therefore you need to be empathetic, friendly and have with good interpersonal skills as well as;

  • The ability to promote safe patient care
  • Are willing to develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance the delivery of our clinical service
  • The ability to recognise and give priority to the needs of patients while maintaining respect, dignity and having an individualised approach to patient services
  • Good basic communication and interpersonal skills
