We are looking for positive, enthusiastic carers to work 12 hour shifts, to help engage clients to fullfill their wishes and dreams.
We are looking for experienced support workers to join our growing team to provide 1:1 care to clients within their own homes. This will include supporting with personal care and assisting in some light housework, preparing and cooking meals and delivering medications. We are looking for someone who is passionate in supporting and encouraging individuals to live their life to the fullest in the comforts of their own home. Our clients would love to be assisted with going out and attending events and activites, we are looking for staff to help empower our clients with a 'can do attitude'. Driving with business insurance would be preferred however is not essential.

Purpose of the Role:

We work with various clients in their own homes across Devon/Plymouth looking for support and we look to recruit experienced staff to help us meet their needs.
As a busy care provider covering all of Devon/Plymouth we are expanding rapidly, we are looking for experienced carers with different skills and abilities to join our team.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Personal care.
Performing light housekeeping tasks,
Assisting in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning, and movement of clients.
Observing, monitoring, and recording clients’ physical and emotional well-being, and promptly reporting any changes to senior staff.
Encouraging clients to participate in social and recreational activities, supporting them to access their local community safely.
Caring
Reliable & Flexible
Good communication skills, verbal and written
DBS required (processed by us)
Drivers preferred (will require business insurance)
NVQ not required (NVQ training can be provided or the Care certificate)
