Health Care Assistant-Children's Outpatients
At North Tees & Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust, we are on a continuous journey seeking motivated Health Care Assistants to join our teams at North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust.
It is an essential requirement that you have NVQ Level 2 in Care to apply for this role. Your application will not be considered without this.

To provide support across sites to the multi professional team by undertaking appropriate duties following assessment and planning of requirements by a registered nurse. Additionally to provide support by undertaking non nursing and ancillary duties.
Venepuncture skills desirable but not essential however must be willing to learn.

- Maintains effective communication with patients, carers, relatives and staff.
- Participate in programmes of in-service training as required.
- Supporting of patients as they move from one setting to another.
- Chaperoning of patients as required.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with patients, carers and staff alike.
