As part time Hotel Receptionist, you will need to be friendly and confident. You will take pride in your work and will ensure that each of our guests has the best experience possible.
This is a part time position (20hours per week) and will be located at the OYO Sheffield Metropolitan.
Key information for the part time Hotel Receptionist job:
Salary:£10.42 per hour
Hours: Part time, 20 hours per week worked to a rota that will include evening and weekend work.
Shift times: 3 shifts per week, comprising a combination of early shifts (6:30am - 2:30pm) and late shifts (2:30pm - 10:30pm)

You are friendly, confident and passionate about providing fantastic customer service to our guests. Youll be a team player willing and able to help out where needed and support your colleagues. You'll also enjoy the more administrative side of the role and will have fantastic attention to detail and the ability to anticipate what guests need!
What you'll be doing as part time Hotel Receptionist:
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will be involved in:
- Delivering excellent customer service for our guests no day is the same!
- Checking guests in and out taking payments and processing correctly
- Handling guest enquiries and helping our guests have the best stay possible
- Admin duties
This is not a role that can be worked remotely, so successful applicants need to be able to work within the chosen hotel.
