We are looking to grow our team of Healthcare Assistants to work across a variety of wards. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, have a kind and caring attitude towards patients, families and colleagues and who will be positive team members.

As a HCA you will provide personal care and support to patients at their most vulnerable times. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide a compassionate, caring and safe environment for our patients.
We are looking for applicants who have:
Excellent communication skills and have a team player attitude.
In this role you will:
Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our patients
Work in the hospital area, providing guidance and encouragement to patients through physical and emotional support
Maintain a safe, clean and enjoyable environment to live and work in
Assist patients with their medical and welfare needs and report as required
Safeguard patients
Learn about individuals’ specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
Gain Care Certificate Qualification
Working full time over a seven day rota including nights and weekends
