Job Introduction

You will be based in Farnham Hospital as part of our Outpatient Department, providing a key contribution to the effective day-to-day activity associated with running multiple outpatients’ clinics. You’ll also be delivering high quality patient care under the guidance of qualified nurses and clinicians providing a client focused patient journey.

The service hours operate from 08.00 – 18.00 Monday to Friday, the service does not operate on Bank Holiday’s or weekends and there is free parking on site!

This is a part time opportunity where you will work 35 hours per week over 4 days. We are flexible on how these hours are worked between Monday to Friday however we are happy to discuss this more at interview stage.

Main Responsibilities

Within this role you will:

  • Effectively communicate within the nursing and multidisciplinary team
  • Participate as a team member to ensure that patients receive a friendly, efficient, and effective service
  • Ensure patients are supported throughout their journey and are treated with respect and dignity
  • Report any changes in the patients’ condition and situation as appropriate and update the nurse in charge of actions or advice given
