What you will be doing
You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with mental health. Whether you have experience as a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help support people lead a valued and fulfilled life.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week because of you.

The shift patterns include working nights and weekends, 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week with 1.45 hours unpaid breaks.

Location: 190 Barnet Road, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, EN6 2SE
Potters Bar Clinic is located in a residential area, only one minute drive from the M25 and a short bus ride from Potters Bar Train Station – with a bus stop right outside, making it an easy commute for most.

- The upper salary range is based on an hourly rate of £10.45 per hour working 37.5 hour weeks, plus one full overtime shift every week at time and a third. Base annual salary without overtime is £20,378.
