Salary: 21,255 - 23,350 pro rata, per annum

Please note this role covers locations in Truro, Bodmin, Launceston, Poole and surrounding areas and a driving license and access to own vehicle is required.
Purpose of the role
To support the clinical provision of sexual health services in a flexible, respectful, and non-judgmental manner in accordance with Brook’s guidelines. The post holder is expected to assist and work alongside clinical staff, administration staff, and managers in order to meet the needs of the service and service users.

Brook has been well known as the established provider of specialist sexual health services for Cornwall’s young people, for over 25 years. Building on our vision to challenge inequality, and increase the accessibility of sexual health services, we have spent the last three years expanding our offer. Operating from our brand-new flagship hub in the center of Truro, Brook Sexual Health Cornwall, are now the county’s main provider of integrated sexual health services for people of all ages. Brook is committed to providing a truly modern and innovative service providing access to our contraception and GU service to all residents of Cornwall, regardless of age.
We continue to extend our clinical provision to reach smaller communities, and, with our partner organisation SH:24, have transformed our digital offer to provide a pioneering range of online services that complement our face-to-face clinical provision and support.
These are exciting times for sexual health and as we continue to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants to join our professional and welcoming team. We have full and part-time positions available throughout Cornwall. There is an opportunity for training and progression within the role.
