Looking for an ambitious and passionate operations associate to join a fast growing start up to help improve existing operational processes and manage the onboarding of new wellness coaches.
Main responsibilities of the role: To find and onboard new talent (wellness coaches) as and when requested. To find cover when needed. To manage logistics such as booking confirmation emails and calendar invites. To help improve quality, productivity and efficiency of the business as a whole.
Key activities that will be carried out:
* Training and upskilling
* Reaching out to potential partners and onboarding them
* Sending confirmation emails and calendar invites to partners upon booking
* Assist in the creation of long term processes to improve efficiency for the company.
Key Requirements:
* Highly organised
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Appetite for learning and interest in the wellness industry required.
Prerequisites:
* GCSE level or above in written English required.
* Minimum 1 year experience working in the health or wellness industry
* Minimum 1 year experience working in operations or jobs which require organisational skills
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: From £12.00 per hour
