Swansea City AFC Foundation is the official charity of Swansea City AFC football club and we have been working at the heart of the community for many years.
As the charitable arm of the club, we strive to inspire and engage people from all backgrounds from across South West Wales. The role
We are now looking to recruit to the role of Health & Wellbeing Officer.
You will be dynamic, engaging and a real people person, and passionate about making a difference in peoples lives.
You will proactively contribute to the health and wellbeing of people within the local and wider community by supporting the development and delivery of our health and wellbeing projects across the charity associated with healthy lifestyles, physical and mental/emotional health and wellbeing.
Experience within football charity work isn’t essential, but we are looking for someone who has the passion and understanding of how the power of football and the Swansea City brand can be utilised to reach communities.
You will have scope to design and deliver the Foundations flagship health programme, Fit Jacks, a 12 week healthy weight management programme for men and women, ensuring recruitment and retention on all courses, and delivering tangible health improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months
Salary: £21,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Swansea, SA1 2FA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Training: 1 year (preferred)
- Health and Social Care: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- NMC (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
