An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 committed individuals, with excellent customer service skills to join our Wellbeing Team, anchored in the Community Hubs, Libraries, and other venues across the city.
About the job
The successful candidates will coordinate and assist in the delivery of Aging Well Specialist Advice and support activities focusing on the health and wellbeing of Cardiff’s Communities, including hosting events and talks linked to supporting older people in Cardiff with relevant advice, information and practical assistance.
You will be required to work collaboratively with various partner organisations & public service partners to develop services and initiatives.
What We Are Looking For From You
A flexible approach will be required and an ability to work across all the work programmes, contribute to project management and effective networking, to ensure a wide range of targeted age friendly advice and tailored activities are available to meet local need, both though directly managed services and through partner provision.
You will be required to undertake all training as is relevant to the Health & Wellbeing Officer (Age Well specialist) role.

There are 2 temporary posts available until 31st March 2024
These posts are suitable for job share.
