Role: Health & Wellbeing Administrator

Salary: £25,758 - £27,690 pro rata
Location: Courtland Road, Hull
Hours: 9 hours
Contract: Permanent
An opportunity has arisen to support Humberside Police’s Health & Wellbeing team as a part time Administrator. The role is responsible for the day-to-day administration and recording of the National Police Wellbeing Service, with particular focus on improving trauma management services and mental health support across the force.
Do you have a strong administrative background and are able to confidently support your team to maintain an excellent standard of administration? Are you able to build great working relationships with internal and external partners of the Force? Do you have experience working with and developing policy? If yes, then this opportunity could be perfect for you!
Skills and experience:
- Ability to prioritise workloads and use own initiative.
- Able to resolve routine and non-routine matters but possesses an understanding of when to refer matters to a supervisor.
- Can use Microsoft software application, including MS office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience of applying HR policies and procedures to working practices.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety, Data protection and Equality Act Principles.
- Experience of providing advice and guidance to staff and managers on HR policies and procedures verbally and in writing.
