Health & Safety Compliance Officer
Location: Remote
Contract: Part Time
About this role:
- Advise, guide and coach all team members with compliance related activity and requirements
- Support with the development of the team processes and systems
- Ensure property compliance is carried out to H&S and environmental legislative requirements
- Review inspection reports, allocate works to the relevant department and follow up the completion of the compliance cycle for each compliance type, liaising with internal teams and suppliers
- Liaise with Housing partners to ensure all supported housing compliance requirements are met
- Contribute to the H&S strategy that encourages innovative approaches to person-led safety
- Analyse data to provide high quality reports on compliance and safety to enable effective organisational decision making
- Support with compliance reporting/coordinating within the Quality and H&S audit processes
- Support with property compliance related matters for the Achieve together Growth Strategy (New Developments and Acquisitions)
Knowledge and Experience needed:
- Health and Safety Legislation
- Property compliance inspection requirements within care homes and supported housing
