Location: Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham Office is based in Brixton SW9 7AW

LSL Health Promotion is an all-age service working with diverse communities in the boroughs of Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham.
We promote healthy relationships through outreach in the community in a range of settings such as community centres and local events where we provide information about testing, contraception and wellbeing.
Job Overview:
To support the efficient and effective delivery of health promotion services including an adult (18+) PrEP Promotion Service, ensuring the service is reaching target beneficiary groups. Ensuring key messages are cascaded to the community through direct delivery and capacity building and increasing the knowledge and skills of professionals working within the community. Responsible for developing and maintaining effective blended outreach interventions, collaborative working partnerships with community organisations, community businesses and community champions in order to ensure the target beneficiary groups are benefiting from good sexual and reproductive health education, support and services. To work with a wide range of target beneficiary groups including (but not limited to) LGBTQ communities, MSM, Black Africans and other BAME populations, refugees and those with learning difficulties.
