Job Advert

The Health Inequality Co-ordinator will enable the sustainability of support and services aimed at tackling health inequalities in Peterborough. This will be achieved by working with local voluntary sector organisations to make them aware of local signposting tools for referral to key services, identifying any gaps and needs to build capacity and promote good practice and standards within the VCS.

£24,650, pro rata

30 hours per week
