As a Renal Clinical Educator, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. What you’ll be doing:
- Providing ongoing education for facilities in Hemodialysis
- Promoting product demonstrations during education sessions and document product leads in the current CRM
- Documenting and providing written solutions to recurring problems for client use incorporating use of corporate label approval policies
- Developing collaborative relationship to facilitate the accomplishment of business goals with both internal (sales) and external customers
- Providing therapy, technical and operation consultation to hemodialysis contract services and hospitals using Baxter Healthcare equipment during post-implementation phases for renal product lines.
- Continuously increasing and sharpening therapy and technical knowledge as well as presentation skills.
- Conducting in-services on the renal business product line as well as technical presentations and discussions on renal therapy
- Effectively meets or exceeds customer needs; builds productive customer relationships; takes responsibility for customer’s satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assisting sales and marketing management with special requests by acting as a member of a task force and providing updates/competitive information
What you’ll bring:
- HD RN with RN license required. Bachelors degree or higher preferred.
- Able to travel 75% - 90%
- Minimum of two years clinical experience required, preferably in Critical Care and Hemodialysis environment.
- Strong, demonstrated expertise in product and therapy knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to take a positive, proactive approach to solving complex and/or unusual clinical or technical problems
- Demonstrated self-confidence and effectiveness in dealing with a wide variety of student types.
- Good interpersonal, communicative and oral skills required with ability to work in a team environment
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base salary range of $68,000 to $156,000 plus an annual incentive bonus. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
