Job description
To effectively deliver high quality training programmes for MAST, delivering complex training alone, to all grades of Trust staff that is in accordance with Trust operational and training policies and procedures. To coordinate the evaluation of each programme delivery and to monitor its effectiveness and review the course content as the course develops to ensure that it continues to meet service and individual needs. To undertake and contribute to the research, design and preparation of high quality training materials for both face to face and technology enhanced learning in conjunction with the MaST Team Leader. To contribute and assist in conjunction with MaST Team Leader towards the evaluation of each programmer delivery and to monitor its effectiveness and review the course content as the course develops to ensure that it continues to meet service and individual needs.
To carrying out risk assessments prior to the delivery of any training in consideration of Health & safety requirements. To be able to identify staff who during training o Are considered to be at risk of injury o Are unable to adapt correct body mechanics o Are unable to use correct techniques.
