Job Title: Freelance Health Coach

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced freelance health coach to join our team at Prime You Health. The wellness coach will work with clients on a contract basis to help them achieve their health and wellness goals based on our health programmes. The coach will provide support, guidance, and motivation to clients to make positive changes in their lives. The coach will also be responsible for creating personalized wellness plans for clients and monitoring their progress.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to assess their wellness needs and create personalized wellness plans
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to help them achieve their goals
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust their wellness plans as needed
• Provide education and resources to clients to help them make informed decisions about their health and wellness
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up to date on best practices
• Promote the benefits of wellness coaching to potential clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as health promotion, nutrition, exercise science, or psychology
• Certification as a wellness coach or health coach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with clients to achieve health and wellness goals
• Knowledge of health and wellness best practices
• Ability to create personalized wellness plans for clients
• Experience with motivational interviewing and behaviour change techniques
• Experience with online coaching
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
