We are currently recruiting for a Health Club & Spa Receptionist to join our team at St Pierre Park Hotel in Guernsey, Channel Islands.
St Pierre Park Hotel & Spa in Guernsey has 4 Stars and 131 bedrooms, a restaurant & bar plus Spa and Health club facilities. It is a popular leisure stay, conference and wedding venue.
About the role:
We have an opportunity for a Health Club & Spa Receptionist to join our team at St Pierre Park Hotel with on-site live in accommodation.
As the Health Club & Spa Receptionist you will welcome our guests at the reception desk, answer telephone calls, respond to emails, liaise with our guests, and help to ensure the health club and spa is clean and presentable for our members and guests.
This role involves working 40 hours per week over 5 days. Early shifts start from 6am until 2.30pm and the late shifts start from 1.45pm to 10.15pm. This will include weekend and bank holiday working on a rota basis.
About you:
- Most of all, you’ll have a friendly, welcoming and genuine manner.
- You’ll be passionate about making our guests feel welcome and at home.
- You’ll take pride in your appearance, as the face of Hand Picked Hotels Health Club & Spas.
- Previous health club or spa reception experience is desirable, but not essential, if you have a reception background and have an understanding of a spa environment then you may be considered for the role.
