The Health Care Support Worker will be based at Neyland and Johnston practices and will undertake a range of nursing duties under supervision of the Clinical Lead GP/ Practice Nurse/Nurse Manager.
The successful applicant will have a good understanding of the HCSW role in a Primary Care setting or a General Medical Services provider as well as have confidence to carry out appropriate care/treatment in conjunction with General Practitioners and other clinical staff or independently in accordance with national guidelines, Health Board/practice policies and procedures.
There be a requirement to work in other Health Board Managed Practices as required to cover leave, sickness etc.

This is a full time post however part-time/job share will be considered.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and / or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
