Job description
An exciting opportunity has become available on Gwanwyn ward at St Woolos Community Hospital with specialises in care of the elderly and rehabilitation. We are looking for a motivated enthusiastic individual to join our team. We strive to improve discharge planning whilst ensuring all patients are cared for holistically.
Applications are invited from Health Care Support Worker’s with good communication skills both written and verbal and who are committed to providing high standards of care for patients, their families and carers within a hospital setting. Applicants must have completed their NVQ level 2 in Health and Social care .
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
