A friendly local Independent Brighton Hill Pharmacy are currently looking for a Health Care Counter Assistant in Pharmacy (RG22 4EH). This role will involve the sales or supply of medicines to patients safely.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll also have an attractive role and will open a new career pathway for yourself. You will become an important member of our pharmacy team, ensuring customers receive excellent service when visiting our pharmacy. You will be the first point of call for patients walking into the pharmacy, be a trusted adviser helping and advising customers by making over-the-counter sales and provide personalised solutions. Holding a previous healthcare experience is preferred. You should have confidence in good customer skills, the ability to communicate and question effectively and be willing to be versatile in your role.
The Role:
- To deal with the public on the front counter staff position.
- To deal with patient enquiries and refer to the pharmacist when required.
- To hand out the medication to patients
- Stock rotation and refill.
You will assist in the delivery of all pharmacy services where appropriate. You will be serving the community and interacting with customers on a day-to-day basis.
Essential:
