Job description
Here at SylvianCare Northampton and Wellingborough we are always looking to hire talented people that are passionate about supporting the elderly in their own home to join our young and diverse team.
The main responsibilities of the job are to support adults to live as independent as possible in their own home and include: to assist vulnerable adults with day to day living tasks such as: washing, dressing, cooking, shopping, administer medication and light cleaning. Providing person centred care that promotes peoples dignity and independence is at the core of our company's culture.
Experience is not required as full training is provided.
Required: DRIVING LICENSE AND OWN CAR ESSENTIAL! Good communication skills and willingness to work flexibly to suit our client's needs.
Benefits: We pay our staff at least National Living Wage and mileage, training, uniform, we pay for DBS.
